Roy fishing in Bristol Bay

Bristol Bay sits in the westernmost corner of the Bering Sea, a vast pristine area and home to some of the world's largest sockeye producing rivers.

Up until the last few years, virtually all the salmon have either gone to Japan or into a can because of logistics and tradition. But with proper handling, selection and freezing, these salmon can compete with the best salmon caught anywhere in the world, including Copper River. They have the deepest red colored flesh and there is no better fish environment anywhere....period.

For the first time in the history of Bristol Bay gillnet fishery these prime sockeye are harvested by 100% refrigerated boats. These boats are also subject to the strictest quality standards ever set by any fishing company in Bristol Bay.

These Bristol Bay Sockeye are truly some of the most flavorful and healthy wild salmon to be found anywhere on the planet.
